Naki Laundry LLC - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://nakilaundry.site (the "Site"), our mobile application (the "App"), and the laundry and dry cleaning delivery services we offer (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site, App, or Services. We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting or notification. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

2. User Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

To access our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete information
2. Keep your login credentials secure
3. Update your account information as needed
4. Be responsible for any activity under your account

4. Privacy & Data Rights

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Under California law, you have the right to:

1. Know what data we collect and how it is used
2. Request deletion or correction of your personal data

5. License & Restrictions

Naki Laundry grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

1. Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site or App
2. Decompile, reverse engineer, or alter the software
3. Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Services
4. Use the Services in violation of any applicable law

6. Fees and Payment

You authorize Naki Laundry to charge your payment method for all applicable fees for Services. You agree to pay all charges in accordance with your billing terms. Minimum order is $39.99 for Wash & Fold. Delivery fee is waived for next day orders.

7. Promotions and Coupons

Promotional codes may be used once per customer and cannot be combined. We reserve the right to cancel or limit promotions at our sole discretion.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

We handle your garments with care, but we are not liable for:

1. Normal wear and tear (e.g., color fading, shrinkage)
2. Pre-existing damage or manufacturer defects
3. Items not reported within 7 days of delivery

For lost or damaged items due to our process, we may reimburse up to $250. Damaged items must be inspected (via photos or in person) within 7 days.

9. Delivery Terms

You may authorize us to leave items at a designated location. We are not responsible for items after delivery. Ensure a secure drop-off location.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Post unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content
2. Misuse or overload our systems
3. Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or App

11. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and App is owned or licensed by Naki Laundry and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our brand or assets without written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naki Laundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naki Laundry, its affiliates, and employees from any claim arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
