If Someone Is Not At Home
How to Prepare Your Laundry for Pickup
Separate Your Items
Place your laundry and dry cleaning in separate bags. To help us identify them, label the dry cleaning bag with a slip of paper marked “Dry Cleaning.”
Use Any Bag You Have
For wash & fold, a standard white trash bag (stuffed full) is a good size reference — but feel free to use any clean bag you have available.
We’ll Provide Reusable Bags
Your cleaned laundry and dry cleaning will be returned in complimentary Naki Laundry bags, ready for use on your next pickup.
Set It Out for Pickup
Place your bags in a secure and visible location outside your home or building for the driver to collect.
If Someone Is Home at Pickup
When you're home during pickup, the process is simple:
Receive Your Naki Bags
When our driver arrives, they'll provide complimentary Naki bags for you to transfer your laundry and dry cleaning, please place them in separate bags. If there are any special instructions please let the driver know.
Reusable Bags for Future Pickups
Once cleaned, your items will be returned in the Naki bags provided - ready for easy use on your next pickup.
Should I separate my dry cleaning and laundry?
Yes please so we can properly take the right care of your garments. All wash & fold items should go in the blue Naki bag and all dry cleaning items should go into the white Naki bag.

Sorting first
We start by separating your whites and colors to prevent color bleeding and keep everything looking fresh and bright. Delicates are also handled with extra care.
Dry Cleaning
We use only non-toxic, eco-friendly solvents — no harsh chemicals like Perc. This keeps your clothes clean, soft, and safe for sensitive skin and the planet.
Hangers
To reduce plastic use and keep things eco-friendly, shirts and dresses are folded instead of being returned on hangers — unless otherwise requested.
Wash & Dry
All wash & fold items are cleaned using cold water to protect fabric integrity and prevent shrinkage. We use a medium heat dry cycle unless you’ve given us special instructions.
Folding
Once dry, clothes are carefully folded to minimize wrinkles. We take time to make sure your laundry is returned neat, tidy, and ready to put away.
